Great once you get the knack

There's definitely a knack to putting them on and removing them. I was afraid I would break the plastic loop, but found that if I pushed it sideways it worked better. Not sure if it was related to my arthritic struggles, but by the time I was through I noticed that the lanyard end was starting to come loose through the gap (the clips are the same at both ends). In my attempts to get the lanyard back into the plastic loop, the plastic clip ended up tearing through part of the lanyard fabric. Not sure how a person with large hands would manage these :-)
Would also order one in white if it were available.

Don't put them in the washer!

After machine washing in a delicate garment bag, the plastic clips at both ends are loose and don't close completely. Recommend washing by hand.

Excellent Quality!

These fit really well. I ordered the large and they are very comfortable. Love the patterns! I would definitely buy again.
